The Listening Page

The Listening Page

This is a space for tuning into the quiet knowing, the tender truths, the wild dreams, and the whispers that too often go unheard.

Here, you are invited to pause and listen. Not just to me, not to the world outside, but to that soft voice within you – the one that remembers who you are and what you came here to do. The one that says: You are enough. You are worthy. You are not too late. You are not too much. You belong here.

The listening Page is where healing begins – in listening deeply, gently, bravely. whether you’re here to journal, to reflect, to remember, or to begin again, this space is for you.

Let this be a place where threads are picked back up, woven into something new. A place where your voice meets sacred ground and your story is held in kindness and love.

You are seen.

You are heard.

You are so deeply welcomed here.

Listening for Mary

“Listening for Mary: An Invitation”

Since Easter, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about Mary Magdalene.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wondered:

What was her side of the story?

What would she tell us — if her voice had not been silenced, if her book had not been hidden?

I learned that Mary Magdalene did write a gospel —

her own words, her own memories, her own light.

But it was taken out of the Bible long ago.

Still, her voice rises — through fragments, through whispers, through the aching beauty that remains.

I want to know what she would say.

Not just what was written about her —

but what she would say to minister to us today, especially to women whose hearts have known both ache and rising.

These reflections are my way of listening —

of letting her words breathe again.

This is the beginning of a small series called Lessons from Mary.

Not a translation — but a listening.

A paraphrasing of what her voice stirs inside me.

Welcome to the Listening.

Welcome to remembering.

Welcome home.

Stand, Speak, Heal

Journal Prompt: Listening for Mary

“If you could sit with Mary Magdalene beneath the trees, what would you ask her?

And if you quieted your heart, what might you hear her say back?”

“Write from the place inside you that still remembers — even if your mind has forgotten.”

Stand, Speak, Heal

The Soft Listening Trio: Journal Prompts

1. “The Question”

“If you could sit with Mary Magdalene beneath the trees, what would you ask her?”

(Begin with your own wondering. Let your soul ask without fear.)

2. “The Answer”

“If you quieted your heart, what might you hear her say back?”

(Listen for the whisper beneath words. Let the answer come through feeling, not force.)

3. “The Remembrance”

“What part of you has always known you were worthy, even before you could explain why?”

(Trace the thread of knowing that never left you, even when you forgot.)

“Your soul remembers.

Every question is a doorway.

Every listening is a homecoming.”

The Covering – A Listening Page Prompt

A blessing and gentle invitation to pause

I am not here to bind you,

or braid you into something small.

I am here to cover you

in the memory of who you’ve always been.

I come soft—

a nuzzle of warmth at your wrist, a brush of breath across your collarbone.

I am the hush before the becoming.

Let me weave around you now-not to hide you, but to hold you.

Not to quiet your light, but to let it rest until it’s ready to burn again.

I am the thread that moves with laughter, the heartbeat in your hands, the permission to dance before the pattern is known.

Let me wrap you in color, in softness, in play.

Let me be your sanctuary before the next stitch is sewn.

Because even the weaver needs warmth.

Even the flame needs covering.

And you, beloved threadkeeper, you are worthy of both.

Journal Prompts

What does it feel like to be covered in softness rather than expectation?

Where have I been trying to ‘weave’ without allowing myself to rest first?

What would it mean to let joy or play lead the next thread?

If I trusted that love was wrapping around me now… what would I do next?

I’m Listening

From the Lost Pages of Mary (an imagined gospel fragment)

Have you ever wondered what Mary Magdalene had to say? She was with Jesus the most. She served him, she listened, she was the witness. I have always wanted to know why they wrote her out and silenced her. Why they portrayed her the way they did. I have to admit that I always felt…

“Carrying You with Me”

Today, I don’t lay flowers on a stone. I lay them right here—over the garden of my own heart. I say your name aloud, Let it rise like a prayer, Like a thread of light reaching across unseen places. I smile at the memory that visits unannounced— The way your hands moved, The sound of…

Threshold Energy

You’re standing right at the sacred threshold—the place every soul reaches before real expansion. And it feels paralyzing because what’s ahead requires a different version of you—one who doesn’t become fearless, but who chooses to move with fear in her pocket and faith in her hand. Let’s gently untangle this, step by step: 1. Recognize…
