Threshold Energy

You’re standing right at the sacred threshold—the place every soul reaches before real expansion. And it feels paralyzing because what’s ahead requires a different version of you—one who doesn’t become fearless, but who chooses to move with fear in her pocket and faith in her hand.

Willing

Let’s gently untangle this, step by step:

1. Recognize the Pattern as a Rite of Passage, Not a Wall

Classic Threshold Energy:

It’s the final test before you step into new ground. The old self can’t cross it—but the new self doesn’t magically appear until you decide to take the step.

Ask yourself:

What identity am I still clinging to that feels safe? (The unseen one? The preparing one? The almost-ready one?) If I were already the woman who finished the courses and shared them, how would I feel about my current hesitation?

Key Insight: The version of you who goes for it doesn’t feel ready either—but she moves anyway.

2. The Fear of Failure and Success Is a Fear of Exposure

Failure means: “I wasn’t good enough after all.” Success means: “Now I have to stay visible and hold this new version of myself.”

Both feel exhausting. But ask yourself—

Which one keeps me more deeply connected to my soul: trying and risking disappointment, or staying hidden and always wondering “what if?”

And gently—who told you that you had to stay as the “successful version” once you cross over? You’re allowed to try, retreat, try again. This is cyclical, not a one-time jump.

3. What If It’s Not About You?

This is a big shift. Who am I to offer this? becomes…

Who might miss a piece of their healing because I stayed silent? Who is sitting in her own muddy, painful middle right now, waiting for someone like me to show up and show her that it’s possible to move through it?

You don’t need to be the woman with all the answers. You only need to be the woman who is willing to share the middle of the story as it’s happening.

Be Brave, You Got This!
